Daniel Radcliffe during filming of the Graham Norton Show
Goodbye, Harry. Hello . . . Hairy? Daniel Radcliffe has a dramatic new look that has rendered him nearly unrecognizable from his Harry Potter days. The 24-year-old British actor appeared on the the Graham Norton Show on Saturday, Dec. 7 sporting shoulder-length hair extensions.
"It's very soft, isn't it?" fellow guest Mary Berry (of The Great British Bake Off) commented while brushing Radcliffe's hair out of his face.
"Thank you," Radcliffe said. "It's real dead human hair."
"Is it yours?" food writer Berry asked.
"No," the actor replied. "It's from, I assume, a dead person or a person that donated their hair."
Radcliffe is styling the long fake locks for his upcoming movie, Frankenstein. The actor plays the part of assistant Igor opposite James McAvoy's Dr. Frankenstein in the latest film adaptation of Mary Shelley's classic work of horror fiction.
