Someone's on the naughty list. Miley Cyrus took the stage at KIIS FM's 2013 Jingle Ball Friday night, and entertained the crowd with several of her hit songs. But one move the headliner shocked fans with? The 21-year-old singer got her twerk on with Santa Claus!
During her performance, the songstress (while singing with a microphone decorated like a candy cane!) twerked and grinded on a young man dressed up as the jolly Saint Nick during her hit "We Can't Stop." For the special occasion, Cyrus wore a sexy red sequined crop top, bikini bottoms, large white fur cuffs and chunky heeled boots. She also donned a white and black fur Chanel purse slung across her body. The bad Santa, meanwhile, smiled ear-to-ear with an alcoholic beverage concealed in a brown paper bag.
Cyrus began her set at the Staples Center in L.A. with a clip from "A Charlie Brown Christmas" and had her dancers dressed in white, long-sleeve leotards with reindeer antlers. A woman was also dressed as a decorated Christmas tree on stage. "I don't know about you guys but I'm super excited for Christmas and I'm stoked to be here in my red sequins and my fur!" the star yelled to the crowd.
Cyrus also sang "Get It Right," "Adore You" and even her 2009 track "Party in the U.S.A." She also performed her own version of Lana Del Rey's "Summertime Sadness." (She previously covered Rey's surprise hit during an appearance on BBC Radio1's live lounge in the UK on Nov. 12.) "You've watched this song a lot online and I didn't expect it so thank you so much!" Cyrus said. The controversial singer ended her set with her smash "Wrecking Ball."
"[She] was full of energy giving lots of spark throughout her performance. She was the perfect guest to close the evening," an eyewitness reveals to Us Weekly. "It seemed that most concertgoers were there to see Miley. The arena was completely packed until she left the stage."
